A. The locking mechanisms work smoothly and there weren't any burrs on the edges. The welds were pretty messy with some defects showing on the outside, but so long as you aren't being whacked in the head with a metal weapons you should be fine. The liner as depicted in the pictures was missing from my helmet, but any mention of it is also missing from the description so that may have been intentional.
